Horizontal Activities
The horizontal activities in PReVENT are subprojects of cross-functional nature.
These activities contribute to the development and harmonisation of safety applications, as a platform enabling synchronised implementation or pre-standardisation efforts across the PReVENT consortium. The horizontal subprojects thus cooperate with the application oriented projects.
The main topics of horizontal nature are therefore safety data for in-vehicle digital map as well as interface standardisation, sensor data fusion, and liability issues through a code of Practice for development and testing, and impact assessment.
